Post-COVID-19 through c. 2024
Overview
As pandemic lockdowns eased up, the house show scene organized by Purdue student bands became especially active in West Lafayette, peaking especially from 2022 - 2024. Shows were concentrated mostly in the Vine St. area and other residential streets branching off of it. Basements, living rooms, and backyards of residential homes were the most common venue, however, the scene gained enough traction to also organize Purdue-sanctioned concerts on campus properties such as Fowler Hall, the Purdue Memorial Union, and Slayter Hill.
