View source for Form:New Band Entry Form

<noinclude>
This is the New Band Entry form.
Enter a name of a band, artist, or project below to create a new page with that title. If a page with that name already exists, you'll be sent to the already existing form to make edits to that page. The project may be a currently active one or a past project that is no longer active.

Only the fields in the "General Information" section are required. For the rest, please just provide as much or as little information as you're able and willing to. I really do appreciate you contributing your time and knowledge to this project.

| colspan ="2" | For the remaining options, I have to ask you to complete the URLs below with your project's unique ID as assigned by the platform (because the URLs don't use the profile name). I realize how clunky this is, but for security's sake I can't accept the risk of letting a bad actor paste just any link here. Instead, this form will take the ID you enter and inject it into a safe URL behind the scenes.
You can find that unique ID by going to your project's page on Tidal or Spotify, and copying the text that comes after .../artist/.
(If you're a programmer who can help me write a link sanitizer to make submissions easier and the site safer, please let me know!)
